Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If you choose store credit, it's created as soon as the return is approved.
Scrubbers FAQ
Our scrubbers are hand-sewn from layered mesh that's tough on messes but gentle on your cookware, glassware, and surfaces. They dry quickly, won't trap odors, and last far longer than a typical sponge.
Yes. Both Classic and Heavy-Duty are non-scratch and safe on non-stick cookware, glass, ceramic, stainless steel, and more.
Rinse thoroughly after use and let it air-dry on a hook or in a caddy where air can circulate — that's what keeps it fresh. For a deeper refresh, put it on the top rack of your dishwasher or hand wash with soap and warm water.
With daily use, several months — much longer than a standard sponge. Because each one is hand-sewn, natural wear can occur over time and the stitching may gradually loosen. We recommend replacing every 3–4 months, or sooner if it starts to lose shape.
No. The open mesh dries quickly instead of staying damp, so it doesn't develop that sour sponge smell.
Absolutely. They work well on bathroom sinks, tile, outdoor furniture, and even shoes — anywhere you want a gentle but effective clean.
They're built to last longer than traditional sponges, which means replacing them less often. The open mesh also rinses clean and dries quickly, so you use less soap and water.
Classic is 5 inches in diameter — palm-sized, and easy to maneuver in tight spots like glasses and jars. Heavy-Duty is 6 inches, with more surface area and a fuller grip for bigger jobs. Because each one is hand-sewn, slight variations in size and shape are normal.
Each box contains 3 scrubbers in assorted colors chosen to suit most kitchens.
Same signature layered mesh, two different weaves. Classic is the everyday scrubber — flexible enough to get into corners, glasses, and jars. Heavy-Duty has a coarser weave and a larger body with more grip, built for baked-on food, grill grates, and heavy cookware. Both are non-scratch and safe on the same surfaces. If you're buying one, start with Classic and add Heavy-Duty if you do a lot of roasting or cast-iron cooking.
