Return Policy

We hope you love your JUMI purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@hellojumi.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions

We’re unable to accept returns for:

• Opened or used items
  

• Sale items
  

• Gift cards

• Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original order and place a new one once your return is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
